We engage with a select number of projects globally, allowing each to receive uncompromising focus and creative attention. This considered approach allows for a close, collaborative process - one in which every space is shaped around the client.

Our involvement spans concept development, spatial planning, and ongoing guidance throughout the design process.

All furnishings, materials, art and installation costs are itemized separately, with full transparency and your approval at every stage.

Full Home Curation

Starting at $65,000

Our most immersive offering, tailored for clients seeking a fully custom experience. From concept to completion, every detail is thoughtfully curated.

This level of engagement moves beyond individual rooms to define the character of the home in its entirety. Spatial planning, material language, and furnishing direction are developed holistically, which each space considered independently and as part of a unified whole. The result is a home shaped by continuity, clarity and unmistakable personal character.

The Curated Room

A comprehensive design engagement for a single room-crafted around your story, routines, and the way you inhabit it. Designed to elevate how you live, one room at a time.

  • Finish and material selection

  • Furnishing and lighting specification

  • Guidance and design oversight throughout implementation

Signature Home Refresh

Starting at $22,000.

A multi-room design engagement crafted to bring cohesion and continuity across 3 rooms.

The Signature Home Refresh extends our narrative beyond a single room, ensuring each space feels distinct yet connected. Layout, material language and furnishing direction resonate together, creating a home that is cohesive, intentional and distinctively yours.

  • Comprehensive concept development across 3 spaces

  • Integrated spatial planning and layout refinement

  • Cohesive material and finish strategy

  • Ongoing design guidance throughout implementation

Art & Object Curation

Minimum Engagement : $6,000

The final details matter most. Art and objects shape the identity of a home. This service is designed for clients who want acquisitions selected with intention and guided by proportion, presence, and narrative cohesion.

To ensure clarity, this engagement is structured transparently in three phases: Creative Direction, Procurement, and Installation Oversight.

Phase I — Creative Direction & Sourcing
$370 per hour
Minimum Retainer: $6,000

Art & Object Curation begins with a $6,000 retainer applied toward Creative Direction & Sourcing at $370 per hour. This retainer covers approximately 16 hours of studio time.

Creative Direction & Sourcing includes:

  • Collection strategy and placement planning

  • Sourcing across galleries, artisans, antiques, and trade vendors

  • Comparative review and shortlist refinement

  • Design review sessions prior to acquisition

If sourcing exceeds the initial 16 hours, additional time is billed at $370 per hour with client approval.

Any unused retainer balance may be applied toward continued sourcing or additional review sessions. The retainer applies exclusively to studio time and does not offset procurement fees, product costs, shipping, or installation oversight.

Phase II — Procurement & Acquisition Management
25% of purchased items

Once selections are approved, the studio manages acquisition from order placement through delivery coordination.

This includes:

  • Vendor communication and negotiation

  • Order placement and tracking

  • Freight and shipping coordination

  • Claims management and resolution

  • Delivery scheduling and oversight

Product costs, shipping, framing, handling, and storage are billed separately and approved in advance.

Phase III — Installation Oversight (Optional)
Starting at $1,750 per day for on-site placement

On-site placement ensures scale, spacing, and composition align with the overall design vision.

Clients may choose to work with their own installers or complete installation independently. Remote placement guidance is available at $370 per hour, billed in one-hour increments.

Travel billed separately where applicable.

The Studio Review

Flat rate $370.

A focused design session for those who need clarity — not a full engagement. We translate your space, decisions, and direction in real time — offering a considered perspective to refine, align, and move forward with confidence.

Ideal for spatial decisions, material and finish direction, styling decisions, or aesthetic alignment. Whether you're refining a setting, hosting a gathering, or looking to bring clarity and cohesion to a space. Consider it creative partnership, as needed: focused, intentional, and entirely tailored to you.

Includes:

  • Up to 60 minutes of targeted design direction

  • Studio approval required

  • No follow-up deliverables or implementation included
